Services Provided

• Custom artwork (digital and traditional)

• Graphic design (logos, branding, signage, large-format prints, vehicle wraps, etc.)

• 3D modeling and visual assets for games or media

• Mixed media and airbrush projects.

Commission Process

• Consultation: All projects begin with a discussion of scope, style, and deadlines.

• Quote & Agreement: A written estimate will be provided. Work begins once the client approves and any required deposit is received.

• Revisions: Two rounds of reasonable revisions are included unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

• Delivery: Final files or artwork will be delivered in agreed formats.

Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before work begins.

• Remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery of final files or artwork.

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated directly (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer).

Copyright & Usage

• The artist retains full copyright and moral rights to all original artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients receive usage rights as specified in the agreement (e.g., personal use, commercial branding).

• Artwork may not be resold, altered, or redistributed without written permission.

• The artist reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, websites, and social media unless confidentiality is requested.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear instructions, references, and feedback in a timely manner.

• Ensure that any materials provided (e.g., logos, text, images) are owned or licensed by the client.

• Respect agreed timelines and payment schedules.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment proportional to the work completed.

• Refunds are not available once final artwork has been delivered.

Liability

• The artist is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of artwork beyond the agreed scope.

• The client is responsible for ensuring that commissioned work does not infringe on third-party rights.

Confidentiality

Any sensitive information shared during the project will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the artist’s location (Utah, United States), unless otherwise agreed.

Acceptance

By commissioning services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
